Spring of 2024 marks 25 years since the founding of Catawba Valley Staffing. Our first location opened in Morganton in 1999. Hope & Wendy have expanded over the past 25 years to now have additional locations in Hickory, Valdese, and Marion serving communities in Burke, Catawba, Caldwell, McDowell, and are active in many other surrounding areas. Our company philosophy is centered around “treat others the way you would want to be treated”. With the use of the golden rule we have successfully matched a few thousand employees annually to long lasting career opportunities. Wendy’s approach to hiring has been successful considering she understands that each opportunity and employee is unique, so taking the time to listen and learn is vital in making the best connections. She has led her team to understand the importance of this ensuring each employee withholds the 3 A’s. The 3 A’s have become the Catawba Valley Staffing mission statement because you must have all 3 to ensure employee and client satisfaction long term!
